She also works with women who are navigating fertility, pregnancy, and parenting challenges as part of their broader mental health. Katia’s approach is warm, collaborative, and grounded in evidence-based practice tailored to each person's unique needs and goals. She is committed to ongoing professional development, continually building her skills and knowledge to offer informed and responsive care.
Katia provides an empathetic and non-judgmental space where you can feel heard and supported to explore life's challenges at your own pace, and to build clarity, resilience, and self-understanding. She believes that finding the ‘right fit’ in a psychologist is one of the most important factors in therapy, and prioritises building a strong therapeutic alliance with each person she works with. Katia particularly enjoys working with people who are motivated to nurture their wellbeing and develop a deeper understanding of themselves. She also understands that reaching out for the first time can feel daunting — and that's completely okay. Whenever you're ready, she's here to answer any questions about the therapeutic process or to help you take that first step. You're welcome to reach out by phone or email.
